A 15 minute, no obligation mini consultation where we discuss your health goals and how I can assist you.

Pre-Consultation Health Questionnaire

In advance of the initial consultation, you will be sent a questionnaire.  This questionnaire asks questions around your health goals, current presenting symptoms, family history, food preferences etc. 

This in depth questionnaire allows me to conduct research prior to our initial consultation.

Consultation

The consultation consists of a discussion around your questionnaire, an explanation of any key imbalances I have identified and a collaboratively-decided programme for you to implement.  Testing and supplements may be suggested if necessary.  All consultations are conducted via Zoom.
